My Story
Long before founding Crestpoint Home Inspections, I spent more than 25 years renovating, repairing, and maintaining homes — framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, foundations, and everything in between. I've been on the other side of the ladder, in the crawlspace, and on the roof.
That experience is exactly what I bring to every inspection. I don't just check boxes — I better understand how homes are actually built, how systems age, and what's a real concern versus routine wear. It's the difference between a generic checklist and an inspection grounded in real-world knowledge.
Today, I serve buyers, sellers, realtors, and homeowners across Cary and the greater Triangle with the same care and attention to detail I brought to every renovation project for two and a half decades.
